Where do I park?
I'm in the back of the Carillon Center Plaza. You can access from Romance Rd, by Millennium Park, Best Buy's parking lot, or turn by Penn Station off of Westnedge. There is parking in front of the building.
What type of payments do you take?

I accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay and contactless payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly request that you please cancel, reschedule, or modify 72 hours before the beginning of our appointment. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or modify our appointment and you miss the 72 hour cut off window, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total service and 20% gratuity will be charged and must be paid before you are able to book your next appointment.

If it should happen that you are running late to our appointment, please contact me to let me know.
For any reason you are running 15 minutes or more behind, we will need to reschedule our appointment, and the cancellation fee will be charged.

What is your no show policy?

If you do not show up for your appointment, 100% of the total service and 20% gratuity will be charged and must be paid before you are able to book your next appointment.

Do I need to check in when I arrive?

Nope! Just come on in. I have a waiting area by the front windows so make yourself cozy!
What To Expect After Booking
I will reach out to you personally!
Once you send me your new client intake form and we have you booked I will be sending you all the info you will need!
You will then receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment with an option to confirm or reschedule.
Please come to your appointment with clean and dry hair.
If receiving a grey coverage service, please do not have any temporary root coverage spray on your hair, as it may affect your color.
​We will then get you settled with a glass of champagne, wine or a cup of seasonally infused water, coffee, or tea. I will then go over all your hair goals and start a plan to get you there. We can go over color swatches and I'll answer any and all questions you might have.
When we're finishing up and you're admiring your new hair, I would love to do a mini photo shoot and go over all the maintenance, salon products, and at home care you should be doing. We will then get you rebooked and on a schedule that works best for your journey!
