FAQ's

Where do I park?

There is parking in front of the building and also over flow on the side and back. I am located in building 240 between Tropical Smoothie and Reflections Med Spa.

What type of payments do you take?

I accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay and contactless payments.

To know more about the estimated cost of your  service, please fill out the new client intake form.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly request that you please cancel, reschedule, or modify 72 hours before the beginning of our appointment. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or modify our appointment and you miss the 72 hour cut off window, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total service and 20% gratuity will be charged and must be paid before you are able to book your next appointment.

If it should happen that you are running late to our appointment, please contact me to let me know.

 

For any reason you are running 15 minutes or more behind, we will need to reschedule our appointment, and the cancellation fee will be charged.

What is your no show policy?

If you do not show up for your appointment, 100% of the total service and 20% gratuity will be charged and must be paid before you are able to book your next appointment. 

How do I check in when I arrive?

You can check in with my Vagaro App or send me a text when you have arrived. Please remain in your vehicle then the app or me will notify you when I'm ready for you to come up. Thank you so much and I appreciate you being understanding!

What To Expect After Booking

I will reach out to you personally!

Once you send me your new client intake form and we have you booked I will be sending you all the info you will need!

You will then receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment with an option to confirm or reschedule.

 

Please come to your appointment with clean and dry hair.

 

If receiving a grey coverage service, please do not have any temporary root coverage spray on your hair, as it may affect your color.

Once you park, go through the front door. You'll see a plaque of all the suite names and #'s when you first walk in. Take the 2 flights of stairs to your left all the way up, turn right and you can see my suite from there!

We will then get you settled with a glass of champagne, wine or a cup of seasonally infused water, coffee, or tea. I will then go over all your hair goals and start a plan to get you there. We can go over color swatches and I'll answer any and all questions you might have. 

When we're finishing up and you're admiring your new hair, I would love to do a mini photo shoot and go over all the maintenance, salon products, and at home care you should be doing. We will then get you rebooked and on a schedule that works best for your journey!
