Where do I park?
The Beauty Lounge is located at the back of the Carillon Center Plaza. You can easily access the plaza from:

Romance Road (near Millennium Park)

Or by turning at Penn Station off Westnedge

There’s convenient parking available directly in front of the building for your visit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and other contactless options for your convenience.
If you’d like a personalized estimate for your service, simply fill out the New Guest Request Form—I’ll review your details and provide a tailored recommendation.
What is your cancellation policy?
To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that any cancellations, reschedules, or changes be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
If changes are made after the 72-hour window, a 50% cancellation fee of the total service, plus 20% gratuity, will be charged. This fee must be paid before rebooking your next appointment.

If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible.
Arrivals 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time may require us to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation fee will apply.

What is your no-show policy?
If you miss your appointment without notice, 100% of the service total and 20% gratuity will be charged. This fee must be paid in full before booking a future appointment.
Do I need to check in when I arrive?
There’s no need to check in—just come right in! I have a cozy lounge area by the front windows where you can relax and make yourself comfortable until your appointment begins

Once you’ve completed your new guest form, I’ll review your current hair and inspiration photos, then guide you toward the best first service to book for your goals.
You’ll receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment with the option to confirm or reschedule.

Please arrive with clean, dry hair.

If you’re scheduled for a grey coverage service, be sure to avoid using any temporary root touch-up sprays beforehand, as they can interfere with color results.
When you book your appointment, you'll have the option to add luxury upgrades to support your hair goals and create a moment of self-care just for you—choose one or mix and match for the ultimate experience.

Once you’re settled in with a glass of champagne, wine, or a warm seasonal drink, we’ll chat through your hair goals, explore color swatches, and create a customized plan to get you there—questions always welcome. When we’re finishing up and you’re admiring your fresh new hair, I’d love to capture a few photos and walk you through all the maintenance, salon products, and at-home care you'll need. We’ll also get your next visit on the books to keep you right on track.
Your time at The Beauty Lounge is exclusively yours. In a private, serene setting, it’s just you and me—no other stylists, no assistants, no distractions. Every moment of your appointment is devoted entirely to your care, and during processing time you’re free to relax in peace—read, listen to a podcast, or catch up on work if you need to.
